As for the food database, its only as good as the users that contribute. It doesnt track calories or specific ingredients unless you take the time to input that information yourself. Really this is just for you to understand what you are putting in your body to help you get an idea of your habits. Otherwise it is great for tracking headaches, intestinal issues, or customized health problems. Absolutely recommend this app for anyone trying to track their symptoms.
