What a life saver!

I really like this app. I have been struggling with moods and high stress. This helps me track what I eat with how I feel and what I do. It helps me monitor how much exercise Im getting. When you can look back on a week of diet and exercise you feel better about yourself! Thank you mySymptoms!

Works...could be a litter better

It gets the job done. But it could be a bit more customized. I have only been using it a week so I will review further down the road.

Best app to keep a food journal

This app provides a great way to keep your food journal and I love its reporting tool which can be helpful to figure out food sensitivity.

Brilliant

Extremely useful app for discovering and confirming food intolerance and/or allergy. Also ranks environmental triggers. Easy to use, well thought out.

User friendly

Overall this app is great. It is very easy to use and simple to navigate. It is a useful tool for tracking day to day eating habits and daily symptoms. I also like that you can add notes and uploading information is a breeze. Only issue I have com across is that sometimes the search engine will not find a food that you had previously used. Bottom line, if your looking to track food, symptoms, supplements, and more this is the app to use. Enjoy!

Fantastic

This has been a great app to be able to get an overview of how my lifestyle and environment (diet, stress, etc.) could be impacting my symptoms. I actually like that I can input things, because I would prefer not to have the app track every single ingredient in some products. I do think people misunderstand the app, as I see a lot of specific amount of food input (like so many oz/grams of this or that) this doesnt track calories or intake so much as possibly finding common foods/ingredients in your general diet that may be causing or exasperating symptoms. I love how this app works, and appreciate that I can input practically anything that I think could be related to track its relevance to my symptoms.

add inflammation or joint pain to symptoms

Good so far but I am trying to find a correlation between what I eat and joint pain. There seems to be food triggers. Until then, will use for heartburn.

Best app for IBD food journal

Bought it for my IBD keeping a food journal for my doctor. Great fantastic app. Allows you to email the journal to print as a PDF. Correlates symptoms to how soon an event (like stress) or food item/or type causes symptoms. You can also report severity of symptoms! Awesome worth the download!

Powerfully simple

I love how I can enter pretty much any type of activity activity into this. It is really helping me stay on top of my eating habits and track symptoms of my health condition. Thank you for making this.

Solid Product

Ive been using this app for several weeks now, and my overall rating is "good." Keeping track of what I eat and etc. is something I was doing via Google sheets before this app, which was nowhere near as accessible as this app. Now, I can note symptoms the moment they pop up, and listing the food I eat is quick and easy. My only complaint is that the display of data collected in the app is a little confusing and not as multifaceted as I would like. Overall, I would recommend this app for anyone who is tracking their food related symptoms, in addition to professional medical advise of any dietary conditions they may have.

Great App Some bugs on Notes

Love this App, I log everything I could ever want to log on this app. The only thing is that theres a bug when you try and make a Note on any kind of entry. You dont really need notes because the app is so in depth, but somethings I have wanted to write down regarding some more specific note, and I couldnt because I couldnt type in the notes section. GREAT APP. Worth it!

Needs work

REALLY need some consistency to food items. Programmers need to add detailed produce ingredients and basic pantry items by UPC code and ingredient list. This takes forever to do manually. A photo-capture-to-text list of ingredients would be awesome so I am not trying to type it all out on my phone. Overall a good start.

Amazing

Ive never written a review before but Ill do it for this app cause it really is fantastic. Easy and quick to navigate, input info on the fly including food, symptoms, mood, excersize, stress and more. I really advise getting this app

Excellent App!

The best app to keep a daily journal of all your activities! It helps you determine your eating, drinking, and exercise habits as well as any food allergy problems you may have. One of its kind! Absolutely love it!!!

Falls short on convenience

The idea of this app is ingenious. I actually thought that GI docs should prescribe it to their trickier patients. UNfortunately, the usefulness falls short due to the inconvenience of food entry. It also leaves too much to chance when entering food because you build your own food bank vs a VERY useful app like MyFitnessPal with the scanner for processed food and a public food bank that has foods there for the taking vs. EVERY meal being a "New Wheel". This app would be worth the money if the food bank were interactive like MyFitnessPal or the like. There IS a scanner but it was not pulling the foods in that were scanned, which made for an inconvenient use of time to log meals, thus, inaccurate data. Also started having issues with past entries disappearing

Fits My Needs

This app is helping me to track ongoing symptoms, my food intake, my pain levels, and when I meditate. Im hoping it will help my team of doctors diagnose why I have been feeling the way Ive been feeling.

Best app Ive found so far

I searched for a long time to find am app that would allow me to track food, symptoms and my other routines. Im very happy to have found this one. I appreciate that it doesnt track quantities or calories and Im able to customize it. It would be even better if you could export the info to excel. There are still a few features Id like to see, but overall I love this app.

Seems fairly easy

Ive only had it a week but it has been very easy to keep a journal of what I am eating and doing to help me figure out what foods are irritating me. I hope it helps me narrow down what is bothering me!
